Buying an ATV online can be scary. You'll notice in a lot of auctions there is very little description and very few pictures. In my auctions you get all the details, both good and bad. In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. ATV: This 4 wheeler is a 2009 Honda Rancher AT 420 EFI 4x4. (TRX420FA) The Rancher AT is very different from the regular Rancher ES and S. The three major differences are that the AT model is the only one with a fully automatic transmission and they are the only Rancher model with 4 wheel independant suspension. All other Rancher models have a solid rear axle and don't ride nearly as well as the AT. The AT features a completely automatic transmission (similar to the Rubicon/Rincon - with the option of electric shift at the flip of a switch). Basics of this bike include: · 4 Stroke 420cc ultra reliable Honda engine with Electronic fuel injection (EFI) · Electric start · Reverse · 5 speed electric shift or switchable to full automatic transmission · 4x4 on demand 4 Wheel Independant suspension The transmission is absolutely the best feature of a Rancher AT. When in ESP mode it is a regular Honda 5 speed electric shift, shifted by pushing a button for changing gears up or down. In auto mode it is fully automatic, just like its larger cousin the Rubicon. The best part about this is that you get the best of both worlds and because it is hydro-mechanical unit there is no belt to slip or break Condition: This ATV is in excellent used condition. It has only 2087 original miles on it and 170 engine hours of use. This ATV is in great shape and everthing on it works perfectly. It runs great and has lots of power. The 4x4 system, brakes, transmission, and etc all work great. It runs perfectly has no leaks, smoke or any other issues. Appearance wise it looks great. It has a few very light scratches here and there but that is it. It has obviously not been rolled, wrecked or ridden hard at all. The original wheels are in great shape and we just installed a brand new set of tires on it. They have zero miles on them. So overall you are getting a really nice used used ATV at a $100 minimum bid and no reserve. You could go buy a new one for $8000 or here you pick the price, what more could you ask for? I will be happy to work with your shipper within reason to make it go smoothly for you. Overall: Overall this is a very nice ATV that will make someone very happy. No games here, it will sell. No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, I am located in Sadieville, Kentucky (40370). We are right off Interstate 75, 25 miles North of Lexington KY and 60 South of Cincinnati, OH. I am willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. We MUST collect 6% sales tax from anyone who picks up an ATV in person unless you are a Kentucky resident who can claim farm exempt. This amount will be deducted from what you owe your home state in nearly every case, so don't worry you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have the ATV shipped to you, out of KY, we do NOT have to collect sales tax. I don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. I will not sell it off eBay so there is no need to ask. This ATV originally sold new in a state that does not title ATVs (many don’t) so it does not have one. Some states (Ohio and Indiana for example) will make you a title for it with a bill of sale, which we will provide. Kentucky and many others like VI, SC, NC, NY, NJ, MS, MN, and GA to name a few, don’t require titles for ATVs. I will also provide the new owner with a professional bill of sale.
