Up for sale is a Clean 1998 Ford Contour GL. It has 94, 332 miles on it currently. It is clean with expected wear. It was grandma owned so it was not driven very hard. It does great on gas mileage. The driving style she had she got upper 20 mpg. It has an aftermarket JVC cd player installed. It has the windows tinted all the way around with the legal limit of 30%. It also has a remote start installed that also doubles as keyless entry which is very nice. The remote start is an AstroStart. It just recently (20 days ago) had a new fuel pump installed and the brakes were changed this summer. It does not have new tires on it but I would say 50-70% tread life left. It has a couple things wrong with it. There is a hubcap missing on the passenger side front and it also has the wrong emblem on the passenger side. The original emblem was lost in a car wash and a friend had one off a mercury instead of a ford so it says SE not GL on that side. The suspension bushing were also changed this summer lessening the rattle noise heard when going over a bump. All in all this is a very clean well maintained car that would make someone a great gas mileage car with the gas prices the way they are. This would also make a young teen a very good first car.
