2009 Lexus RX350 AWD – Loaded! NAV, Premium Package, Rear Camera, iPod Integration, Bluetooth, Hands Free, etc. LOW MILES!!! EXCELLENT CONDITION!!! FACTORY WARRANTY!!! Up for sale is my wife’s loaded 2009 Lexus RX350 AWD. Exterior color is white. Interior is beige leather. We are the original owners of the car. Entire car is in excellent condition – Inside and Out! Always garage kept. Car has never been smoked in. As close to new as you are going to get in my opinion. We are selling so we can get a minivan. With all the kids, we simply need more room (strollers, car seats, etc.) BUY IT NOW: I have set the “Buy It Now" at $34,900. Look around (ebay, autotrader, dealers) and you will see this is a very good price. Other 2009 RX350s with the same options are selling for MORE than this and most have 30-40K more miles. Also, they do not have the nice all weather mats ($300) and iPod integration kit ($700). They also are either out of warranty or close to it. No hidden dealer fees. You pay what you win the auction for. FACTORY WARRANTY: I will have to double check the exact purchase date of the vehicle, but I know it has at least 2 years left on the factory warranty – probably significantly more. Also, it is still possible to purchase an extended factory warranty from Lexus if you wanted. Super low mileage! Under 7000 miles!!! Actual mileage as of right now is 6658. My wife hardly ever drives. Actual mileage will vary slightly (as my wife does drive my son to school 2 days a week). AUTOCHECK REPORT: When you view the AutoCheck report, you will see that the vehicle has a loan/lien on it. All this means is that I still owe money on the car (which I do). Like most people, I financed this vehicle (thru Lexus Financial Services). I currently owe around $15K on the vehicle. I may pay off the car this week, or I may wire money to Lexus to pay it off once I have a buyer. I have not decided which yet. I have a great interest rate (1.9%) on the car and kind of don't want to pay it off until it sells (in case I wind up keeping it, I don't want to pay it off right now). Either way, rest assured that I have the funds to pay off the car and that it will be paid off either before the end of the auction or immediately after the auction ends. FEATURES, OPTIONS & SPECS: - Navigation System – Voice Activated and Touch Screen – The best! - Factory Bluetooth, Hands Free, works great! - Rear view camera! Must have if you have kids! - Premium Package - iPod Integration – iPod integration kit installed in glove compartment. Plug your iPod/iPhone in and control it from the touch screen. This option was installed by dealer (Prestige Lexus in Ramsey, NJ) at time of purchase. I mention this because since it was installed by dealer before I took delivery of the vehicle, it is covered under the full Lexus Warranty. This was a $700 option!!! - Front & rear all weather rubber floor mats. These are the nice Lexus brand ones. Seems silly to mention floor mats, but these cost $300 from the dealer and are really nice. It should be noted that I also have the original carpet mats (in great condition) that are included as well. - 6 Disc in Dash CD Changer - AWD – This vehicle is All Wheel Drive. Don’t assume that all of the RX’s out there are All Wheel Drive just because they are SUVs. This is not the case. Be careful! - And much, much, more! Vehicle is also listed for sale locally. I reserve the right to sell the vehicle to a local buyer before the auction ends. But, if you use the “Buy it Now” option, the vehicle is yours and I will take it off the market. VEHICLE INSPECTION: If you are local, you are more than welcome to come see the vehicle in person. In fact I encourage it. I will post the answers below in case others have similar questions. You are more than welcome to have the car inspected. There are a few local dealerships that may be able to do it for you. Prestige Lexus in Ramsey, NJ is 5 minutes away from my office. I would be more than willing to take the car there to be inspected if someone wishes to make the arrangements. This is the same dealership that the car was purchased from and the same dealer that we use for service. The car is in excellent condition. No accidents, floods, fires, falling trees or anything - ever. I had the car washed the other day before I listed it for sale. After it was washed, I walked around the entire car to inspect it. I did not see any dings, scratches, dents or anything. If I were just describing the condition of the vehicle to someone casually, I would say the exterior of the car is in "perfect" condition, but I just say "excellent" in the listing to protect myself in case I missed something small. Again, the condition is excellent. I don’t want someone changing their mind about buying the car and using some tiny scratch underneath the car as an excuse to get out of completing the purchase. The vehicle is how I have represented it. Once the auction ends (and I have a deposit), the car will be kept in my garage and will not be driven until the buyer picks it up. It is up to you to either come see the car and/or have it inspected. I’ve had multiple questions as to why I am selling. Again, I am selling it because my wife and I are expecting a third child and this car is not large enough to handle 3 baby/car seats (comfortably). We will be purchasing a new minivan in a few months as we get closer to the due date. Regarding the loan/lien. I will (most likely) not be paying off the car until I know it is going to sell. Once I know the car is going to sell (and I have a deposit), I will overnight a certified check to Lexus. I should then have the title within a couple of days. Then we can complete the transaction. I should also mention that during this transaction period, the car will be kept in my garage and will not be driven to guarantee that you will be getting the car in the same condition that you expect. I anticipate this process only taking a couple days, but it may take up to a week or so. If you are not OK with this timeframe, then please do not bid. Again, there are no issues on my end paying off the car. As long as I have a $500 deposit, I will do so. I am not asking for someone to pay me the full amount before I pay it off.
