We have a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid manual transmission. We took this vehicle on trade and were told by its owner that it needs a new hybrid battery. This vehicle starts and runs, but needs to be towed from our dealership. This Honda has power windows and door locks, and cruise control. On Jan-06-11 at 14:19:09 PST, seller added the following information: A lot of people asked me why this car needs to be towed? My answer is: I am very familiar with Toyota hybrid cars and if the hybrid battery goes bad on a Toyota hybrid, then the car will eventually stops. I don't know if the Honda Hybrids are like that or they will still run without the Hybrid battery. I just would not take chances on that. (Although, I drove the vehicle for 10 minutes and it did not die on me).
