I am the third owner of this vehicle and have made sure to keep the interior and body in great condition since I bought the car about two years ago. There is minimal tears or discoloration in the upholstery of the car, and the majority is on the driver's seat. I did not smoke in the car, and did not allow anyone else to smoke in it either. As for the exterior, there are also just a few scratches and rust spots on the body of the car, but no major damage. The pictures show rear snow tires put on; these will be included, along with the original tires. A relatively new sound system has been installed, which sounds great with an iPod, or when just listening to a CD or radio. I believe the car also has air conditioning, although the system may need to be recharged because I don't believe it was working well. It also has a roomy trunk, with plenty of space for a daily commute to school or most other things. However, some major work needs to be done to the motor: the head gasket is blown and needs to be replaced for it to run. We were told that this is about a $700 charge and did not want to put in the money to fix it, given we had already paid to replace several fixtures under the hood because the man who sold it to us was not completely honest. However, prior to the blown head gasket, the car was running excellently, getting about 25 or so mpg!! It does have a warranty, however, because the car is an '88, most repairs and damages are no longer covered. However, I will include the warranty booklet with the car, in case anything is covered. It was an excellent first car for me, and I think it will be excellent car for anyone who's interested. Due to the condition of the car, it cannot be simply driven away. I want you to be aware before you move towards purchasing the vehicle, that should you win the auction, you will be responsible for either towing the vehicle or bringing a trailer to pick it up; it CANNOT be driven away. The vehicle must also be paid for upon pick-up with either cash (preferably) or a cashier's check. Thank you and I hope this car is just what you're looking for!
