The truck is a special-ordered 1963 GMC 4x4 Military Rescue Unit with 150 foot factory equipped winch with new cable. High or low four speed four wheel drive. Ladder rack with cable box and interior helmet and equipment racks and hard-wood floors. It is a 4 door with a split seat that could use new upholstery. It is red and white with flood lights on both sides but needs a siren. It has a dent in the passenger side door (shown in one of the pictures) and has little rust but solid body. It is registered and driven daily. The motor, transmission, and transfer case are rebuilt and since then have approximately 5,500 miles on them. Original gas tank has a hole in it and the truck needs a driver-side ball joint replacement. I have several boxes of parts for the truck some new, some old that are included in the price. I'm selling this truck "as is" to the highest bidder over $5,000. There is no warranty implied on the truck. A 10% down-payment is required from the highest bidder and is non-refundable and must be paid within 3 days of the purchase. (So I still make money if the listing is taken off of ebay and then the buyer doesn't come for the truck.) This truck is being sold in original conditions and in order to look new again, would need to be restored. It is tagged and registered in Oklahoma and being used as a farm truck. This truck starts and runs instantly at any temperature. No tics or knocks. This truck is one you have to hear and see to appreciate. The history and future of this truck will make any man proud to call his own.
