Barn Find! 1959 Ford Skyliner Up for bid very rare 1959 Ford Fairlane 500 retractable hardtop. Barn fresh, has been stored for the last 7 years. Previous owner started restoration, rebuilt original 352ci engine & Fordomatic trans, power steering (missing pump) power brakes. new radiator, starter, generator, shocks, and mufflers. car runs and drives good, The body, floor pans, and trunk are very solid, This car only has SURFACE rust. The power top does work, the micro switches have been bypassed, the top now runs off a toggle switch system. The car has never been painted or had any body work done. this is the rarest year for the skyliner with only 12,915 produced making this a very hard to find car.
