Opportunity Notice! Great looking ONE OWNER '66 Mustang Coupe. This car comes with every registration sheet from the original registration dated in 1966 all the way to its current one. Complete documentation including engine rebuild, trans, clutch, suspension rebuild & maintenance! It is VERY, VERY Hard to find a car documented like this one. Please read the entire ad and then phone or email with your questions, 360-416-4995!!!! Body: This is a great looking '66 wearing a single repaint of the original Emberglow. The repaint is older and was not a show quality job when done back in 1994. It looks good and I would call this one a '20-footer'. Still gets tons of attention and is often mistaken for a well preserved original paint car. Perfect for a no-guilt driver, so a great car to enjoy! The body on this Mustang is in good condition. There are a couple of small bubbles on the lower driver‘s quarter, otherwise a very solid car. The floors are simply AMAZING!!! They still wear their original ’Red Oxide’ paint with the black & ember glow overspray. We did just a quick wipe-down prior to the photos. As you can see we didn’t go any further but the undercarriage is among the nicest we have seen. Take a look at the photos, even the factory stripes are on the driveshaft, chalk marks on the frame rails, etc. Interior: The interior looks good and is still in pretty good condition. The factory seats show some wear but still quite presentalbe. The doors and rear interior quarters were just repainted in the factory color and look nice. Again, this interior is not show quality anymore but is more than nice enough for your weekend cruises or daily driver. Power train: The 200 6 Cylinder has been detailed and looks nice. The original engine was rebuilt in 1978. It fires up easily and sounds great. The clutch engages smoothly and the transmission works nicely. The factory shifter has the typical wear and would benefit greatly from the bushing and spring kits available at any Mustang parts house. The front end is still nice & tight and the car drives straight down the road. The brakes likewise stop straight and positive.
