HI up for auction is my 1979 chevrolet corvette stingray, RED ON RED, It starts right up and runs great, doesn't leak anything, it has only 62,444 original miles on it. it has always been garaged and very well maintained. it has been taken to one mechanic which is lomotion in poughkeepsie ny. it has a 4 speed manual tranny (only 7% manufactured had a 4 speed manual tranny), L82 engine which is very clean, a hatch conversion kit on it which is very rare to find, which makes it open into a trunk, mirrored t-tops, radio/cassette player, tilt steering, power steering, telescopic steering, power door locks. now the bad, i got blind sided by someone who hit me in the drivers side front end. it has a couple nicks in the door and the window and mirror are broke and the front fender is broke( which is connected to the nose piece and other fender for one whole piece) , also the windshield is cracked and drivers side t-top is cracked. there is no frame damage that i can see, the upper control arm is bent which is an easy fix, it doesn't leak anything and starts right up. All in all the car is a great car with a couple problems that can be fixed. i just don't have the time to do it. you can use it for parts or fix it. i did a quick check on the price of the parts online to fix it and it was a little less than 2,000. which isn't bad, and i only checked at one place online.
