Offered for sale is an absolutely stunning 1979 Rolls Royce Silver Wraith II finished in its original two tone Shell Grey (more of a silver metallic, really) and Mason’s Black paint over red Connolly hide interior. This 61,000 original mile example is simply beautiful and easily one of the finest Silver Wraiths available on the market today. The body of the car is superb. The paint is original and in immaculate condition. Due to the highest level of care and conditioning by its two meticulous owners, the paint, trim and brightwork show as new, with only the slightest – and I mean slightest – of imperfections, each too insignificant to show up in any of the photographs. The gaps are perfect and the body is laser straight. The original landau roof is in very good original condition. The car is accident free. The second owner of the car took possession of the vehicle a few years after it was purchased new and it was primarily driven by the family’s chauffeur. Always garaged, never used in weather, detailed bi-monthly, and routinely serviced, the car has maintained wonderful originality and is in pristine condition. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and original. The original burl walnut wood is in fantastic shape. The seats and door panels are exceptional, showing only the slightest patina that only adds to the overall impression the car exudes. The original carpets are excellent, as is the headliner. This Rolls has always been dealer serviced at the authorized Rolls Royce/Bentley center. The head of the Rolls Royce service department described this car as the finest vintage four door they have had the pleasure to work on in recent memory. Less than 150 miles ago they completed the most recent full service on the car, including extensive work to the braking system. In the last 3,000 miles the car has had nearly every possible mechanical service and refurbishment a 60k original mile Rolls could possibly need. Simply put, the car drives like a brand new luxury sedan. Service documentation will be included with the car, as will its full set of original books and manuals.
