I am relisting this car because of a no paying bidder.Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow through with purchase. thanks, Bill 1956 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. I originally bought this car as a parts car. But when i got the car home i started looking at the car and it really wasn't all that bad.Front floor pan is gone at driver feet. Hood would need to be replaced and the car has some small rust bubbles on pass outer rocker, and small hole in in pass quarter panel. That is the extent of the rust. underneath this car still has undercoating it is weird how or why it rusted in these spots. The car has new gas tank,new exhaust,new brake lines, and the calipers look good.The master cylinder is bad. this car runs like a brand new one. No smoke, no rattles,no taps,no nuthing. i mean like brand new. transmission goes right in gear. The best part is this is a full power option car with front,& rear air. How rare is that? the interior must have been restored at one point.Probably when the car was repainted, but years ago. To sum it up, this car is just too good to be just a parts car,but i just don't have time to fix it.I have about 18 cars and can't fix all of them. this car is for sale locally.
