2001 Volvo C70 Convertible Diamond in the rough I bought this car on Mon. 11/22/10. Spent 2k on Tues. at mechanic, but it needs some more work and I don't have the $ to finish it. I was not expecting the tranny to be an issue.Basically, the transmission needs to be repaired. I had a dream about driving this car on some new upholstered leather seats with the top down. Unfortuanetly, that dream won't happen. I figure I took it half way to the finish line for someone. Interior: Rough, needs work. exterior: the bumper needs work. A few paint chips around the body. The back window needs to be resealed to the fabric. Parking light on driver side is out.The door locks work but need to be adjusted. AC works power seats work Radio works Engine starts... Mechanic says the engine is ok... Car Drives forward and Reverse but will fall into neutral after 1st gear. I bought this car as a bit of a project and thats what it is. Being sold "as is".
