My understanding is this vehicle was purchased as a restored vehicle in 1987 at a Kruz auction in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was brought to Washington, Pa., used a short time & parked in a public parking garage for 23 years with no preparation for long term storage. This resulted in everything you would expect being wrong with the car. It appears all wiring was not connected at the time of restoration. It needs brake work & the motor is stuck. All chrome has defects. The pictures show the minor bumps received while in storage. The interior is near perfect, the clock works & some of the gauge faces have flaked off in places. 3,375 shows on the odometer- actual milage unknown.There is one hood latch missing & the Mercedes emblem is missing. Car comes with what appears to be a complete set of Mercedes tools in a canvas wrap & manuals. I personally know nothing about this vehicle except what I have learned on the internet and the manuals which are included with the car. It has both keys for trunk & ignition. If at all possible you should have someone look at this car. Car sells as is with no written or implied warrenty. Shipping arrangements are the full responsibility of the auction winner. Vehicle pick-up must be made within 14 days of end of auction. A $1,000 PayPal deposit is required within 24 hours of end of auction unless other arrangements are made prior to the end of the auction. Payment by cashier's check or money order.
