Another find here at THE AUTO HOUSE- I represent what I know and see!! The vehicle can be viewed and inspected at 6655 Brentwood Blvd. Brentwood, Northern CA 94513. 1968 Ford Mustang- Automatic, 289 V8-- Clean CA Title- Miles are unknown- The car has been sitting for the last 4 years. We acquired it, put a new fuel pump in it, changed the oil, and here is what I know- Overall this is a pretty straight vehicle- The trunk, doors, and fenders all line up well- the hood needs to be realigned a bit . All the glass is good and the doors and windows open and closed as they should. The engine and transmission are good- The car runs and drives down the road but the rear end needs attention-my mechanic said he could replace the bearing which would correct the noise; however, I am selling it like that because you may change everything out anyway. Exterior- everything is pictured- the car needs paint and the vinyl top was ripped off. The rain rails look pretty good with the exception of a small corrosion spot on the left rear. The door jambs show a little surface rust, but the underside of the doors are ok. The front and rear window mouldings are fine with no corrosion at the bottoms. Interior- The dash is in great shape- rear seat and passenger seat are fine- drivers' seat has a couple of tears. Rugs are ok- Headliner needs to be replaced as it is torn everywhere. The door panels look good. Rust- small corrosion spot on the left rail- trunk has surface rust- otherwise, there doesn't appear to be any real corrosion on the car- Let me know what else you want to see pictured- send your email where you would like more pictures.
