This is a 1986 HONDA ATC 350X. This machine runs excellent. Everything works well on this machine...shocks work well, lights work, clutch is good, brakes are good, bearings front and rear are very tight....etc. Cosmetically could use a good cleaning and detailing. Some dirt residue on the fins that needs a good cleaning. This machine isn't a mueseum piece. It could be if you wanted to spend some time and money on it. If you want a machine that is going to sit on your living room floor and you're going to stare at it for the next 10 year while watching the game go spend 4,000.00. This machine is not for you. If you want a true original 1986 Honda 350X with the original tires this machine is for you. The rear tires should probably be changed they are starting to show some cracks but still hold air well and have decent tread. Front tire is fine good tread and no cracks. This Honda 350X will not break your wallet and you're going to get that rare 350x that you will actually be able to ride and enjoy. Gas tank is not perfect but no big dents, some tinny little dings on one side...very small. the paint is a little bit scuffed in places, some scratches here and there. The plastics are good but slight discoloration from mud in spots. One of the front red wings that attaches to the gas tank has a small crack in it but intact. Front pipes are original some rust starting to form on them (again only surface rust) I would take them off and paint them with high temp paint and I believe the rear muffler is not original but everything else on this machine is. Rear white plastic in the back has small crack. Has rare mud flap option small portion missing. The seat has small rip that is covered by duct tape. That is ....all again all of these things are cosmetic. I just want to be honest and reflect everything cause I dont want someone showing up expecting a mint machine. I will tell you it runs excellent and overall in really good condition but again not mint. For very little $$, a little time and just some good elbow grease you could have a rmint machine.
