Vehicle Detail

Let's try this again. I incorrectly listed this as a classified ad and it was meant to be an auction. I apologize for the confusion. Despite the body color, this is an 86 GT and NOT an 88. If it was, I wouldn't be selling it. The bumpers look like they have been painted. I'm selling this as-is with the intention of it being a project car. The Good: The car fires up and drives, the brakes are working and the sunroof doesn't leak. The power windows and headlight motors work but at their own pace. It has a clear Ohio title. The Bad: There is a crack in the windshield. The paint is flaked at the sunroof and on a few body panels. There is surface rust on the frame but no through spots. The tires have plenty of tread but show cracks in the sidewalls. They hold air but only for a week or two. The clock never visually shuts off and this drains the battery. There was a siren wired into the front for a volunteer fireman and it wasn't done well. Some of the insulation in the engine compartment is torn and the battery tray is rusted. The interior isn't bad. The power mirrors seem to have a bad switch. The front hood latch cable isn't connected to the interior handle and will need some work. The driver's mirror came off but is still in the car. I don't know if this can be repaired or will need replaced. The sail panels are hazy and have some scratches. The louvers for the engine compartment are included but the screws that hold them in place are missing. The car is in West Chester, Ohio. If anyone wants to see it before auction end, send your email and I will set up some time on Saturday November, 27th in the afternoon. We can drive it up on a trailer, but I wouldn't recommend going any farther than that without new tires. I'm starting at $600 with no reserve. If it doesn't sell, I'm keeping it.
