SquareTrade © AP6.0Up for sale is my 1980 turbo pontiac trans am official indy 500 pace car. It needs a new side post battery and starts right up and runs great. Exhaust sounds awesome! Odometer reads 11,529 miles. Not sure if thats accurate or its 111,529. I know it cant be more than that with how good it runs. Just had a "amateur" paint job done last year. This car is not perfect and does still need work. The waterpump is leaking rapidly and needs replaced or a new gasket. The power steering pump leaks rapidly and will need replaced. The brakes are bad, hard to stop. Drivers side t top leaks, and the car needs interior work. Belt is off the ac compressor but it does spin freely, not sure it that means its good or not. The last owner tried showing off and did donuts and spun the lug nuts off the rear drivers side tire and it hit the rear quarter panel. Damage to it is shown in the pic. Not sure if that can be taken out but i do have a quarter panel to go with the car. Also the origional turbo rims go with the car, Plus lots of extra parts that were taken off when it was painted. I will add a video of it starting and running if i can figure out how to. Also, the front tires went flat and need air, but all the tires will need replaced soon. I welcome visits to come see the car yourself. Message me if i forgot something?? This is a numbers matching car. Turbo 4.9 V8 301 and the turbo is working. There were only 5700 pace cars produced in 1980 and less than half of that still on the road making this car very rare. Thanks!
