2 Things you need to know before you bid:

1.) The vehicles offered for sale here in the "Bargain Basement" are sold completely "as-is" with no warranties expressed, written or implied. These vehicles are recent trade-ins that will not be sold on our retail lot and will be sold at auction. They are generally higher mile vehicles that are otherwise good, sound cars. All vehicles are in running condition but may need varying degrees of reconditioning. They may or may not have scratches, dings, dents, rips, tears, stains and so forth. We have done no work on these vehicles and we have performed no mechanical inspections other than drivability. They are as we received them and all will require some level of reconditioning, depending upon your own expectations. All known mechanical defects will be included in the description below. Vehicle Description:

You are bidding on a 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8S with 100,167 miles and a 5-Speed Manual Transmission. This car runs and drives excellent. The engine feels strong and idles very smooth. The clutch feels good. The tires look to have been recently replaced. The A/C blows cold and all interior components and switches appear to be functioning properly. This Sentra has enjoyed a RUST FREE life in Arizona from day one and Carfax shows 2 previous owners. With a professional detail and LOF, this car will probably serve someone very well. What we know……… The passenger side visor is broke off and the particle board spare tire cover is cracked(SEE PHOTOS). Carfax shows 1 accident reported as a “sideswipe collision with another vehicle. Vehicle functional” and there is evidence of what appears to be a professional repaint to the driver side front door and fender. Damage appears to have been cosmetic in nature. Also, the removable CD player faceplate does some weird clicking thing when you put it on and then it kind of kicks out a little bit. The previous owner says it has done that since he got the car but it still works. I don’t know as I did not try and put a CD in it. This car doesn’t seem to have any mechanical issues.

All communications, questions and/or concerns regarding shipment of vehicles will be between the BUYER and the shipper and should be addressed directly with the shipping company BUYER has selected to transport subject vehicle.

Finalizing your Purchase:

1. Coulter Cadillac (SELLER) will contact the successful high bidder (BUYER) by e-mail after the auction closes.
2. Successful high bidder (BUYER) MUST communicate with Glenn Heiser at Coulter Cadillac by e-mail or phone at 602 264 1188 Ext 4755 within 24 hours of auction close to make arrangements to complete their transaction and BUYER MUST fax or email a legible copy of their State issued valid Driver License.
3. In order to secure a winning bid, Successful bidder (BUYER) must, within 24 hours of auction close, send to SELLER (COULTER CADILLAC, INC.) a Deposit in the amount of $500 by PayPal, major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of auction closing, BUYER must send balance of funds to SELLER (COULTER CADILLAC, INC.) via bank wire transfer, cash in person or bank certified funds .
4. Within Four (4) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received by SELLER either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, SELLER reserves the right to relist subject vehicle or sell to any other qualified BUYER and the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

1. A processing fee of $399 per transaction, regardless of the purchasers' state of residence or registration, is required on all transactions and is NOT included in the sale price [winning bid amount] . The processing fee covers administrative expenses and is a non-negotiable item.
2. Taxes and Registration fees: AZ sales tax [currently 9.3%] will be paid by all BUYERS if vehicle is delivered to BUYER at Coulter Cadillac's location, or any where in the state of AZ. Out of state BUYERS are responsible for all state, county and/or city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
3. Title Information: If BUYERS payment is made by cashier's or personal check, Coulter Cadillac will hold subject vehicle title for 10 business days or until funds have cleared. In addition, vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders (lien holders) as collateral for loans. In some cases there can be a delay of up to 21 days from the time we payoff a lien to the time we receive the original instrument. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are those rare occasions where we may be waiting for the title to arrive.
