I am selling my 2000 Ford Excursion 4x4 Limited. Let me start off by saying that this truck originally came from Houston Texas, and is in awesome condition. The frame is still black , with no rust on the body at all. This truck is clean inside and out. The interior has no tears in the leather, and has very light wear on the seats. The carpet is free of major stains, and the exterior is also in great shape. With only a few minor scratches on it . The truck has one small door ding just in front of the drivers side tail-light lens. Can be PDR'ed (paintless dent repair). It is hardly noticable and never bothered me, but can be fixed very easily. I cant say enough about how sound the truck is all around. VERY CLEAN for year and mileage.I have owned this truck for a little over a year now, and have done a ton of work to it to refresh it, and upgrade it to preserve the great condition of it. I have replaced the rear axle, front axle, turbo,radiator,brakes front and rear, drag link, tie rods, oil and tranny lines, new ford batteries, and all minor maintenance done on a routine basis.Transmission fluid looks great, and shifts very firm and smooth,i believe the transmission was rebuilt at one point in its life. I have most of the receipts from the major changes. The rear axle and front axle are rebuilds. Truck drives nice and straight. This excursion has, AC , cd player, power drivers seats, rear control air, power windows,locks etc. It has all the stock features that the LIMITED PACKAGE came with in this year and model. THE EXTRAS, include a 8 inch skyjacker suspension lift with 4 brand new skyjacker shocks, 37.1250 R 20 NITTO TRAIL GRAPPLER tires with about 75 percent tread left, 20 inch helo max wheels, 4 inch Magna flow exaust system, TS performance 3 stage chip, Airaid cold air intake system, chrome brushguard, tinted windows, ventshades, and bug deflector. Truck is tall!!! Looks great . I have spent big bucks the last year going through and refreshing this excursion. The 7.3 powerstroke diesel engine is a smooth runner. Injectors are strong, and this truck fires right up on cold January days in Wisconsin. Ford dealer here said that all looks good in the engine compartment as a whole. I am not sure the history of this excursion before me. I do know that it came up to Wisconsin from Texas, and i believe it has been in this state for 2 full years now. When i purchased it, it became my goal to just go through it all from head to toe and just make it as sound as the day it left the lot. The only other issues the Excursion has, is sometimes the ABS light will flash at you due to the size of the lift and tires, i believe that it is throwing the sensor off, and 2nd, the door ajar light will sometimes stay on when all the doors are closed.This is not a big issue either, i think it is a small sensor in the door jam that tells the truck the doors are closed. I hate to sell the excursion, but I need another pickup truck, so this must go. I am not setting the reserve bid at some crazy price like some of the other lifted truck guys, I just want to get x amount back out of this and call it good, so bid with confidence. Some of the excursions on here are in terrible shape, and you can see the wear and tear all over on them, and they want WAY more than what i want, and facts are facts, the 7.3 powersrtoke is MR. RELIABLE all day everyday. I can be emailed with any other additional questions about this excursion.Miles will continue to rise ,as this is my daily driver.
