This Beetle has been owned by the original delivering Volkswagen dealer since new and it is now being offered for sale. 1979 was the last year for the Beetle convertible and this survivor is a worthy investment. There are Beetle convertibles for sale that have been restored or molested and may be great drivers or seem like good buys, but this is the real-deal and a true investment grade car. Note some of the close-up photos, there is no surface rust on the inside of the bumpers as an example. We did not even clean or detail this car before the photos were taken and it looks this good!!
