1948 Ford Coupe Custom chop top. 2-door, Automatic. Features all new electrical wiring, disc brakes on front and drum on rear. New starter with heatshield, recently serviced transmission, New and complete downpiping and exhaust, New gas tank and shocks, New motor mounts, Brand new American Racing rims and Yokohama tires.This car also has a fresh protective undercoating. Power windows and sophisticated remote entry system. Shaved door handles with automatic door poppers. Power trunk. Trunk is fully custum with same interior fabrick and carpeted. Also features a sophesticated $ 600.00 pioneer flip down face audio system complete with Pioneer speakers, iPod and bluetooth compatible CD player, sub-woofer and amp. Has DVD player underneath. sun visors and tv screen. New vintage gauges and steering wheel. New lights and bumpers on front and back. New custom interior. Current 2011 registration tags. There are some minor scratches on the exterior paint. The hood is not flush on the passenger side needs some minor adjustment. Also we discovered a small hole on muffler, muffler is less than 1- year old. Does not have a/c this was a project I could never get around to do. Other than that this car is in Good condition and runs as good as it looks. I did not fully restore this car myself. Power train.. this car was purchased 10- years ago by me , the owner was an older gentleman , he had the car built and painted . Engine 3.8 buick v-6, Automatic, I was told it has a chrysler rear end and trans , but I am not 100% sure. Engine has a turbo, but not sure it is working properly, may need to be looked at, but again the car runs good, we cruise it on the week-ends with the kids. Does not over heat. or leak oil as far as I know. I just had 2- more kids, and we need the cash. I invested over 25k in this car. Eye catcher. Steering , has power steering, tilt wheel. has 2- horns, factory and a loud blast horn. Charging system has been upgraded with custom high 105 amp1- wire delco system. heavy duty battery cables. Cooling system, has a heavy duty radiator electric fan system. Keeps engine cool. Option , Possible trade for some thing else , or part cash and trade.
