Vehicle Description This is a 1969 Pontiac GTO. We do have keys and clear title. This true GTO does run but has not been driven for a few years as it's been in the body shop. It is ready for paint. Both front floor pans were replaced, replacement metal was added around the rear window opening, metal was replaced in the trunk area between the trunk floor and the back of the rear seat and around the sides, full quarters panels were replaced, as were the rear inner fender/wheel wells. This car has a 400 engine with 4 bbl carburetor and dual snorkel air cleaner. Automatic transmission. The necessary body work has already been completed and the car was primered in preparation for the paint, and is sitting in this condition. Original exterior color is antique gold with dark fawn vinyl top; gold interior. I have the parts that were pulled from the car so it can be put back together. There is a new black vinyl top in the original grain pattern that goes with the car. You'll probably want to have the dash pad redone. The hood has the cutout for a tachometer and the tach goes with the car. The car is equipped with air conditioning and this did work before we took the car to the body shop (the a/c system was rebuilt before I re-purchased the car). Rally II's are on the car, but these are not the "correct code" wheels for it. There are some reproduction parts that go with the car, including some weatherstripping, wiring, trim pieces, etc. There is a newly rechromed rear bumper that goes with the car. The front endura bumper was properly prepared at the body shop and is ready for paint. The motor was rebuilt at some point but I do not know for sure how many miles are on the rebuild (likely under 10,000). Total mileage for the car is somewhere around 178,000. It has a 355 POSI. We do have PHS (Pontiac Historic Services) documentation on the car. We are the third (and 8th) owners of the car (too long a story to tell here but I used to own the car and then bought it back a few years later). E-mail requests for additional pictures.
