1970 Mercedes Benz 300 SEL 6.3 Sedan. Fresh out of 20 year dry indoor storage. Was purchased from doctor's estate.Clean Mass title. 2nd owner. original owner was doctor as well as 2nd(last)owner. 103,000 original miles. Chassis # 10901812004240 Body- Much of the exterior is original paint. The body is very straight. No prior accident. There has been some touch ups on the paint, but the car shows well. The undercarriage is extremely solid. All panels fit correctly. Chrome is straight and in good original condition. Interior-Excellent Original interior. No cracks. Very clean. Radio is original. Upholstery is amazing original condition.leather is soft and supple. Working electric sunroof. Air condition. All of the knobs/levers are in good shape and work. Mechanical- While stored car was regularly started and brought up to temperature. Car runs/idles/starts well without hesitation. Always serviced by a German mechanic.Transmission shifts well. Brakes will need attention as the car has been sitting(not roadworthy), emergency brake holds.The car runs well, fluids have been changed, but please keep in mind it was stored for the last 20 years, so the brakes and tires will need replacement.
