Up for sale is my 1981 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale. The car spent most of its life in North Dakota but has been my daily driver in Illinois for the past seven years. There is very little rust for a vehicle of its age. Everything is very solid, no holes, patches, or bondo anywhere. The paint is very good, though there are some rock chips and scratches here and there. The soft top is in great shape. The interior is in excellent shape with no tears or rips and is completely original. The engine and transmission work well and have been regularly maintained with no major issues. The car has newer suspension (springs, shocks, upper and lower ball joints, steering linkage) as of Fall 2009. The tires and pwer steering pump are like new. The car has late 1970s Oldsmobile rally wheels with a full size spare rally in the trunk. The car has a minor dent in the trunk lid. I am including an excellent dent and rust free trunk lid. I am also including many additional extra parts that I have collected over the years: a transmission, air conditioner compressor, wiper motor and pump, front header panel with headlights and chrome, some NOS Oldsmobile badges, and a few other bits. The air conditioning and windshield washer do not work. There is no warranty associated with the vehicle as it is an antique. I have described the vehicle as best as possible.
