Another find here at THE AUTO HOUSE- You can inspect the vehicle at 6655 Brentwood Blvd. Brentwood, Northern CA 94513-I represent what I know and see- Take a look at my listings and comments and I don't play any games- Selling to the highest bidder- 1975 International Scout II- Clean title- the registration has been on a non operational status since 2001- 4 speed, 4x4- It is not running or driving! We dropped gas in the carb and were able to get the engine to fire-- however, there is a switch on the side of the engine that we couldn't figure out which seems to control starting the unit- after a half an hour, we gave up. The vehicle has been sitting for a long time as evident by the registration- Underneath- Dana transfer case, rear end, etc. The front drive line is in the back of the unit- u joints are bad- The front hubs lock with ease- Exterior- paint rough, different colors-- however most of the panels are straight with the exception of the rear where the tire carrier has pulled away from the body- Right door doesn't want to close all the way. Hood lines up, lights and grill look ok Interior- Rough- front dash and gauges appear ok- a/c control unit looks ok- most of these are missing- windows roll up and down- Front windshield cracked but the rest are all ok. Back hatch opens and closes as well as the tailgate- Bottomline- Probably a good parts car or a decent shell to build one- Selling as is where is with no warranty of anykind- CA residents must pay CA sales tax and a dmv transfer fee- I can help arrange transportation.
