Vehicle Detail

I bought this wagon on Ebay a month ago. Owner said he was selling it "for parts or other" without a title. Travelled to another state, put 4 new Fuzion tires on it. When I tried to start it at the shop, it wouldn't start, so I bought a brand new battery (and a new front windshield wiper). Drove home 600 mi. with no problems. After sitting a couple days it wouldn't start again. My amateur prognosis is that there is some mysterious electrical drain which slowly sucks the life out of the battery after sitting about 15 hrs. This car has so many bells and whistles I've no idea where it's coming from. And I don't have the money or know-how to fix the problem. Car is otherwise sound for it's age. Has the usual dings, scratches and cracks normal for a 20-yr. old car. A mechanic friend said it will need a front left wheel bearing eventually, as it 'lists' to the left ever so slightly (hardly detectable to me). The bad: 1) Antenna no longer goes up, though the radio/cassette player is fine- great sound (code provided); 2) back/trunk door won't stay up; 3) clock doesn't work; 4) driver's side rear passenger window doesn't go down; 5) no paperwork or repair receipts; 6) couple scratches on the front passenger door; 7) nasty chunk(s) of rust over the passenger side read wheel well; 8)spot of rust below rear/back door wiondow; 9) back left bumper is cracked; 10) tiny crack in front right headlight lens; 11) couple small carpet discolorations; 12) plastic veneer on shifting counsel has cracked with age; 13) maybe some interior bulbs burnt-out. The good: 1) Tinted windows; 2) 4WD seems to work fine, though you can switch it into 2WD anytime with a lever under the hood; 3) moonroof; 4) memory seat postion; 5) keyless entry (as well as the regular key); 6) heated seats; 7) roof rack; 8) was a Forida car for it's first nine years, according to the history report; 9) passenger air bag also; 10) climate control; 11) and a clear title, which took a month and a lot of headaches to obtain. It's mine now, and could be yours. It has 200,942 mi. on it at this moment, but I'll probably put 60 mi. or so on it before it sells. I drive it to work 10 mi. and back every day, runs smooth. Brakes are fine, steers excellent, great ride. Has a lot of life left in it for an owner who can give it some attention. Drive it home- just have to make sure it doesn't sit more than that 15-hr. as the battery will be weak again. Happy bidding '_' Note: The Vehicle History report attached to my ad is incorrect as of Sun., Oct. 31st 2010. I had the vehicle titled on Mon., Oct 25th in Columbus, OH. Have no idea why this hasn't been updated. I've contacted both Ebay and Autocheck to try to resolve the problem. Rest assured I have a valid, regular Ohio state title for this automobile in my hand.
