Vehicle Detail

This will be the lowest priced, lowest mile 2009 M3 you will find online. There is one for sale locally in South Jordan Utah with more miles and less options going for $58,999.00. I have had this car for almost a year and barely drive it. I have only put 654 miles on it. Let me just say that it will be a tough one to let go. I have had several BMW's including an 645, E46 M3, several 3 series and an X5. Of all the BMW's, actually of all the cars I've owned, this one is the most fun and solid car I've owned by far. I'm sure if you are looking at this car I don't need to go into the history of how BMW got here or why the M is so incredible. I do happen to think that this will be the one and only M3 model they do with a V8. I think that will make this car even more valuable when it get's to classic car status. As far as specifics of this model, it has the cold weather package including heated seats and area to put skis through the rear seat, Adaptive Xenon headlights, Technology package with Aux and USB/iPod hookup in center console, EDC which will stiffen up the suspension with the touch of a button, 7 speed SMG double clutch transmission, 19" factory M Wheels, carbon fiber interior, alcantara headliner and much more. The interior smells showroom new as it should. This has almost every option available other than headlight squirts (which I hate) and PDC (Ok either way). I had the body shop shave the front reflectors from the OEM bumper as I think they are an distasteful eye sore. The alcantara headliner is also a mod that was professionally done. It always gets comments when I have passengers. Other than those 2 items, the car is stock. I am very particular with my automobiles. Cars are not transportation for me, they are my passion. The history: Although the Auto Check wont show it, this car was involved in a front end collision that resulted in needing the front end, including bumper, hood and fenders needing to be replaced. This is reflected in the price. You will find salvaged M3's brining close to the same money. This car has a CLEAN and CLEAR title that I have in hand. The title never was salvaged. There is no frame damage and it didn't even need an alignment when complete. The work was incredible on this car. No time or expense was spared. No warning lights, issues, noises at all!! I would feel comfortable driving this car anywhere. This wasn't just slapped together, then painted. all components painted then assembled to keep a 100% factory appearance. Of course all OEM BMW parts were used in the work. I bought the car originally to make money but I've held it a bit too long and spent too much to do that. I'm on to the next vehicle on my list, which is a Land Rover 110. Quite a stretch from this machine but I also have a soft spot for vehicles that aren't built as well. Feel free to submit offers but please don't insult either one of us by throwing in low ball offers or giving me your opinion on what you think it's worth. Update: As far as the warranty is concerned, the insurance company wiped the original warranty. At the Buy it now price, I will include $1000.00 towards an aftermarket warranty of your choice. They typically range from 1-2000 retail and will take 1 week to 30 days to get started. I just got off the phone with a company that sells them and it does qualify up to 5 years 50K miles (brining it to 54,000 miles) and could cover everything including electrics. Payment: I will accept a bank wire, bank check, personal check (must clear), cash or cashiers check. Pay Pal can only be used for a 500.00 non refundable deposit. If you aren't sure if you want this car, don't click. Shipping: I will help arrange shipping to anywhere in the world. I have sold and shipped many cars online. Shipping typically ranges from 300-1000 depending on where you are at. I will also pick you up at SLC airport and you can drive it home. My name is Jason and you can reach me at 801-979-0253, text message, or email.
