1991 BMW 318i with 105k miles. Car is a nice rust free driver but not perfect. This is a nice 19 year old driver. Engine does not smoke, leak, overheat or make funny noises. Brakes are excellent, car tracks straight and smooth at highway speeds. Excellent gas mileage. Everything works including the A/C, power windows, mirrors, locks, Alpine stereo/CD player. The top is brand new and has been professionally fitted so no annoying leaks or wind noise at speed. All the rims are in nice shape and Michelin tires fitted with good tread. All the rubber seals are good and the doors have no sag and close properly. Original tools and owners manual with the car. Windshield had a chip that was repaired (guaranteed not to spread) but is still visible. The car has been repainted (original color) during its lifetime, body is nice but not perfect. There are some paint chips on the front of the car particularly below the spoiler. Seats have been partially recovered in the past so the center sections are good but the bolsters are showing some wear/splitting, still presentable as is. There is a noise noticeable when slowing down (wheel speed). Bearings checked, ok, I was told it is probably tire noise? It is not noticeable at normal driving speeds. First gear is a bit notchy, all other gears are butter smooth and the clutch is light and works perfectly. The carpets are in excellent shape. Exhaust and muffler in good shape. The bodywork is lovely from 10 feet away, there are some imperfections in the paint and the slightest marks on the doors and trunk lid. You have to try and find them to see them. I have tried to describe the car as honestly as possible. Please check my feedback. I have done several 300 mile days in the car without issues and I feel driving it home for a purchaser would be no problem. I would welcome inspection prior to purchase as this is a 19 year old car with NO WARRANTY.
