Vehicle Detail
Vehicle Description This is a 1991 Ford E-350 (1 Ton) Cargo Van with high top and divider behind the front seats. We do have keys and clear title. This is great, dependable van with about 110,000 miles. The odometer only registers five digits (plus tenths), so we do not know for sure if the mileage is 110,000 or more. But we believe it is 110,000. Every time we go to use the van, it starts right up. We have driven it several times over 500 miles round trip and have not had any trouble with it. The only reason we are selling it is because we bought another vehicle and no longer need it. But we will miss its usefulness as it is a GREAT hauler and you can fit so much inside the cargo area with the extended top and cargo divider. And it is so nice being able to stand up straight inside! You can secure your cargo many ways with multiple places inside the cargo area to attach ratcheting straps, rope, and/or bungie straps. There are carpeted panels covering the van's interior shell and cargo divider. These really control the noise. Plus the floor has a thick rubber top layer. The van is equipped with air conditioning but it does not work (we've never had anything done to it so it may be a relatively minor fix). The cruise control does not work and we have never tried to have it fixed so do not know what it needs to make it work. The am/fm radio does work, as well as the cassette player, but when you play a tape, there is a type of clicking sound that you hear while playing. The motor is a 351 and the transmission is automatic. All glass is good but I believe there is a chip in the front windshield (looks to have been repaired). All tires are good and have a fair amount of tread remaining. The instrument panel contains full gauges and they all work. There are dual fuel tanks (the rear tank does not register on the fuel gauge, but the gauge does work because it is fine when you have it switched to the front gas tank). There is a tilt steering wheel/column. There is a trailer hitch and wiring harness. This van was equipped with a wheelchair lift but it was removed about five years ago. The two back doors have panels attached at the top to seal the hi-top. The passenger side top panel has a fair amount of rust and is somewhat weakened where it attaches to the door. It needs to be strengthened or patched but is still usable at the moment as-is. Some water will leak in through the back doors in heavy rains - likely along the top - and some of the weatherstrip needs replacing. The body has some expected dents, dings, scrapes, and rust. But the rust is nothing major. The hood needs repainted but is functional as-is. E-mail requests for additional pictures. There is NO SHIPPING for this vehicle unless you as buyer arrange for it via a third party shipper. Buyer responsible for all costs of delivery/pick up. Seller will cooperate as much as possible regarding pickup. We are located within an hour of both Joplin and Springfield, Missouri, near Hwy 60, South of I-44. The zip code for a town nearby is 65605. Please remember that your bid is a contract. Buyer to pay $500 within 7 days of the end of the auction. Balance due within 14 days. Time frame for removal is somewhat flexible, but we'd like to have the vehicle picked up within 30 days. See our other auctions for additional items.
