Offered here for auction today is a Super Solid '67 Camaro. The body is about as nice as they come with many upgrades to the engine/trans/diff. It is FOR SALE and will be going to a new home! Body: The body on this '67 is in great condition. Wearing only a single repaint of the original Nantucket Blue, this car really has the look of an un-touched car with some patina. The paint has long since went flat but the panels below are quite straight and for the most part, rust free. There are a couple of bubbles on a door corner, but overall this is a very solid car. The previous owner had cleaned out the rain gutters, treated them and topcoated them. The paint used is a different shade as you can see in the photos. The trunk pan still wears its original spatter paint and looks about as nice as you will ever find. The floor pans look very nice as well making for a very nice & solid platform for whatever you plan to do. Interior: The interior appears to be mostly stock with a carpet kit being added some time ago. The seats are in good condition as is the headliner. The console was added by the prior owner and the column shifter deleted in favor of an aftermarket one mounted in the console. While not a perfect interior it shows well and is very comfortable. Drivetrain: The engine is a 350 CID Small Block crate engine with about 35k miles of use. This is reportedly a 260HP engine so the power is great for all-around use. Still plenty of power to turn both of the tires, yet drive through rush-hour traffic without loading up and boiling over. The engine runs excellent and sounds great. The Turbo 350 was reportedly built by TCI, I have no receipts for the work done. With a 3,000 RPM stall converter and a nice shift kit the trans works perfectly with the combo. The shifts are crisp, but in no way punishing The rear differential is a 12 Bolt with 4.11 Gearing and a Posi-Traction Carrier.
