Vehicle Detail

1965 Mustang 2+2 This original A code Mustang is a great driver and has been in Texas for over 45 years. It's well-maintained with 85K+ original miles and one repaint. The color was changed from Silver Blue to Wimbledon White. Parts have been changed out on this car as needed over its pampered life, including rubber suspension components, brakes/brake components, tires and other regular maintenance items. The adds from stock are an aluminum R&R radiator (have original in box) and American Racing wheels. It's very dependable, starts every time you hit the key and goes straight down the road. Will cruise at 70+ MPH all day with the air conditioner blowing ice cold air. This Mustang has been a solid garage kept car it's whole life, never a rust bucket that has been patched together. In the last 10 years it has seen only a little over 800 miles. To the best of my knowledge, all the core components are correct for this car, including the Autolite carburetor. It has some nicks like any other car that has been driven, but it' s priced accordingly, and not like an original A code with a $30K restoration. I also have the original styled steel wheels that have good chrome, and could easily be restored. If you have any questions, contact me at 8302031791. A break down of the VIN and body "buck" tag are listed below with the factory equipped options. The deluxe wood grain dash and wood steering wheel are the originals and in good condition. The radio has been changed out for a newer AM/FM unit that fits in the stock location and I do not have the original. It holds good oil pressure, runs cool and the transmission shifts well. Trades for street rods will be considered, but must be nice and not over-priced. I am only selling this car to build or buy a street rod so I can go with my friends on "Rod Only" runs. There should be no disappointments for this car at the listed price.VIN: 5F09A681230BUCK TAG: 63B Y 62 31Q 62 1 6 Year Model: (5) 1965 Plant: (F) Dearborn Body: (09) Fastback Body Color: (Y) Silver Blue Engine: (A) 289 4V V8 225 HP Interior: (63B) 2dr.
