Yours for the taking... an all original collectors car! A beautiful Black 1985 Mazda RX-7 GS Sports Coupe with Manual 12A Rotary engine. This rotary engine sports car was the 1st generation RX7 that Mazda produced and it was the last of the 1st generation cars. Considered a concept car for its era, this rare relic of the mid 80s is fast and fun to drive with plenty of torque and good cornering ability. The previous owner kept this baby garaged for about 10 years, so the paint has barely any oxidation, and the oil has always been changed at 3000 miles or less. The 5 Speed Manual transmission shifts smoothly and the original alloy wheels are in good condition. The sunroof is fully functional and the Kenwood CD player works well and has great speakers. Paint and interior both in good condition considering age; interior has some stains and paint has the usual few small dings and little chips from road debris. The grey cloth interior is pretty decent for the age - as pictured, the drivers chair upholstery is torn in one place. Fuel pump has been replaced recently and rear tires have plenty tread. Thanks to Father Time and regular use, some imperfections exist that are unique to this car. The drivers side window occasionally sticks upon roll-up, the emergency brake cable requires replacement, and the steering column needs adjustment to correct the 1.5 inches of play. The antennae is also missing and a small water leak originating near the radiator has been noted. Discounting the radiator as the culprit, the actual leak location is unknown. Car is in otherwise excellent running condition with plenty of spunk to get you moving!
