Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is my 1970 Mach 1. I have had it for some, only recently completing a restoration. Upon finishing the car and driving it, it is quite uncomfortable for me. I am 6' 2" and 285lbs, and my left leg interferes with the steering wheel and signal lever when shifting. Comfort only comes after 4th gear, which is too late for me!! About the car. it has its original floors which were bead blasted, acid etched primed and then finished in factory style red oxide primer. All suspension and brakes are new. The body was stripped to bare metal, straightened and base/clear coated and wet sanded and buffed to a show finish. All the exterior candy is new, the interior is new as well. The windshield was also replaced. The motor has about 20k on a rebuild with a slight cam, Edelbrock intake and Holley carb and headers with new exhaust including Flowmaster 40's. The trans had new Syncs and synthetic fluid with a new clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing installed. It also has the 4 barrel heads as well. The door tag indicates this was an automatic car and has had the benefit of a rusty factory 4 speed car for donor parts and was properly converted without the butcher knife. This is a very nice car, too nice for me to drive around in as was originally planned. I am better suited to driver type stuff, nice but yet not afraid to get it wet. Basically the resto got a little out of control and now am somewhat unhappy with it as it is too nice too drive the way I want to and the comfort factor. I know there is tons of stuff i forgot but please call if you are interested or have questions. 715-281-9340. buyer pays for shipping and the car is sold as is, where is. An inspection is welcomed and encouraged. I require a 20% non-refundable deposit within 3 days of auction and full payment in 7 days post auction. Please call within 24 hours to arrange this. The car has slight Power steering leak which I will try and attend to before the end of auction. On Oct-05-10 at 09:07:20 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had many questions about a trade. I would consider a Mopar, Ford, Merc trade.
