Selling my 96 Rosemist Taurus sho. The car is a good running driving car but I have recently bought a truck and my fiance has left for the military and she wants a newer car when she gets back. The cams in the engine have been welded. The engine and transmission are very strong in this car and will last for many miles, I have owned may SHO's and none of them have shifted as good as this car, I would say that this car has had a shift kit installed but I am not sure, but It shifts perfectly. The SHO comes factory with a JBL sound system in 96 and 4 wheel disc brakes with ABS. The car is a front wheel drive 32 valve v8 and there are few rosemist cars left. Being a 96 the car has some problems and I will list all that I know of so there are no suprises when you pick it up. The Sho was in a light front end collision last year and I had a different front bumper painted and put on but the windshield is cracked and the hood still has a little damage and could be re adjusted as seen pictures. The car is going to need new tires and the power steering rack leaks, the exhaust has a leak and the mufflers have straight pipes. It needs a new Anti theft module because the alarm will randomly go off if you lock the car. Cosmetically the rear decklid is starting to corrode, the rear bumper has some blemishes, there is rust starting in the passenger rear wheel well, and there are stone ships in the front bumper. I think that is everything, recently i have replaced the strut mounts and a oil change and as far as drive train the car runs and drives good and the suspension is tight. The car is being sold as is with no warranty and it is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the auction. Thankyou for you interest and email me with any questions.
