1992 BMW K-Series

This is a fairly rare and sought after motorcycle. It was BMW's exercise in aerodynamics and performance upgrades for the K series in the late '80s and early '90s. They spent lots of time in the wind tunnel and held the bragging rights to the most aerodynamic production motorcycle until the Suzuki Hyabusa hit the market. It also received a 16-valve engine to replace the original K100 8-valver, which achieved a full 100 HP. And it has BMW's ABS braking system which was a motorcycle industry first. This one is in the elegant Graphite color, which is best described as a very dark metallic green. The entire bike has really survived the years beautifully. It is truly stunning. Mechanically, it is in excellent shape. It has 37,600 miles on it and needs nothing except perhaps a new rear tire, which is getting low on tread. The bike comes with the original tool kit, owner's manual and BMW tank bag. Here is your chance to own one of the nicest K1s out there.
