I personally drove this beauty with its smooth and quiet running engine and I must say "combine that with an automatic transmission that shifts imperceptibly, and you feel as if you're sort of quietly and effortlessly slung along in this car". Hello and welcome to our, "No Reserve", auction for this 1999 , Mercedes-Benz E430 sedan! This is the company's most popular line. If you had to pick one model that symbolizes the image of Mercedes-Benz, it would be the E-Class. It says Mercedes in the way most people understand. The engineering is brilliant and invisible. The emphasis is on comfort, luxury and safety, not necessarily in that order, but nothing is given away in performance. It's big, square but sleek, smooth, silent and powerful. It's built like a tank with a light touch, and comes out elegant. It's a masculine car where women feel at home. In areas such as engine design and management, chassis, drive train, aerodynamics, safety and computer technology, Mercedes-Benz leads the automotive engineering world. The engine is barely loping at 65 mph. The engine benefits from a broad, flat torque curve, which means it accelerates smoothly, linearly and powerfully. I personally drove this beauty with its smooth and quiet running engine and I must say "combine that with an automatic transmission that shifts imperceptibly, and you feel as if you're sort of quietly and effortlessly slung along in this car". The all original, ebony Black, exterior is in outstanding shape and shines like the Florida sun! No Damages! The, all original, tan, leather upholstery is odor free. Rear seats offer enormous comfort, legroom and ease of entry. The E Class is one car that is truly about passengers. Sunroof, premium audio system, dual power and memory front seating. - Any unqualified bidding, shill bidding, auction interference, or any form of harassment will be subject to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Any of these activities will be reported to eBay authorities.

- A deposit in the amount of 20% of the sale price must be sent within 24 hours from close of auction. We will only waive this deposit requirement if FULL PAYMENT is to be made by an approved lender such as your credit union, Capital One Auto Finance (formally PeopleFirst.com), eBay Finance, etc... where you will be financing THE ENTIRE COST, of the vehicle. We have found over the years that most members who use their own funds simply prefer to do a wire transfer directly into our bank account. In either case full, payment is expected within FIVE Business days. Vehicles not picked up within 5 days will be subject to a storage charge. Please speak to your sales representative for specifics.
- We accept All Major credit cards, Deposits can be made up to $2500.00. Higher amounts to be approved on per case basis, please contact the dealer at: (954) 527-5522 to make arrangements. If funds are not received within the designated time period, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis.
- *All vehicles are subject to a $399.00 administrative dealer fee. This fee covers any other collateral expenses not covered in the price of the vehicle including and not limited to Titling, Courier, Fed-Ex, and Delivery of paperwork to various shipping terminals as well and is necessary to enable us to offer you wholesale pricing. This includes car dealers, car wholesalers etc. A closeout fee of $299.00 will apply for any auction transaction that is not completed*
- A 20% restocking fee will apply on all items. Florida buyers are subject to a 6% sales tax plus applicable Florida fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own taxes, registration, etc. applicable in their own states. Please, feel free to contact the dealer with ANY questions regarding this tax issue.
IMPORTANT! - We make a conscientious effort to describe each vehicle in detail, utilizing both text and photos; however, it is very important to keep in mind that these vehicles are pre-owned, not brand new. Therefore, minor items such as cigarette lighters, record books, manuals, CD changer magazines, etc. may be missing. Additionally, as with any used vehicle, minor signs of wear may become more obvious under close scrutiny, such small nicks or chips, light scratches or minor abrasions, wheel scuffs, or other indications of normal wear and tear. We can not and will not be held liable or responsible for these minor issues. So please take in consideration these cars are used and may need to spend a little.
- Unless otherwise stated, ALL vehicles are sold as is. No warranties, neither expressed nor implied, are included with any purchase from the seller; however, there may be manufacturers factory warranties remaining on some vehicles.
- All vehicles usually come with one (1) master ignition & door key. On occasion there will be extras which will be included in the text and pictures on the final photo. Also if we have books and/or manuals or records...we will clearly state if they are included in the auctions listing.
- We reserve the right to notify bidders of early cancellation of any auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from anyone with excessive or net negative feedback.
- Most auctions will only be 5 or 7 days long. In our 'NO RESERVE' auctions, we will sell to the highest bidder, Win, Lose or Draw. The winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours and send out a deposit of $1000.00 within 24 hours by bank wire transfer or Pay Pal overnight express.
