Up for auction is a1946 Chevy Pickup SWB. This is the most solid '46 that you will ever find, in excellent shape for its age and condition. The engine does RUN but doesn't idle well, has partial brakes but is not roadworthy!! Trans and clutch also still seem to work great. This truck has been in storage in a barn for many years. All cab corners are solid and free of rot. Bed is in excellent shape and is complete with tailgate. Majority of significant rust is in the running boards and one spot in the passenger floor. Doors still open and shut solidly with minor rust at the bottoms of both doors, however all the glass in the doors and cab are either cracked or completely busted out. Frame is straight with only minor surface rust. Truck is completely stock with original drivetrain, body parts and wiring. Still has the factory bumpers installed. Excellent starting point for ground up restoration, hot or rat rod. Clear NC title is included with truck.Buyer will be responsible for loading and shipping!!
