Up for sale is my 1979 F-150 4x4. This truck was completely restored 5 years ago and I have only put 4,000 miles on the truck since the restoration. The truck is always garaged and it is only driven to car shows, or just out for a cruise. It is 1974 code f ford paint which it was painted to look like the original Bigfoot monster truck. The previous owner installed a 302 Ford Engine in it and I was told it was redone just prior to his installation. The motor always fires on the first key and runs strong. To back up the motor is a 4 speed manual trans and a four speed transfer case. The body work that was done on the truck was the usuall truck work. Both floors were replaced along with the driver side cab corner, the entire box was replaced, both doors, and the tailgate. All rust was eliminated from the truck before the entire underside was coated in POR-15. The bed was also treated to POR-15, then covered in Herculiner. The truck was lifted 4 inches with 35inch tires then installed on eagle alloy rims. All the brakes were replaced, lightbulbs, roof lights were installed, entire new grill shell and grill inserts, and the interior of the cab was redone. I re-covered the seats with new fabric after new cushions were installed. Silver guages were installed from another 79, all the dash pad, trim is new. This truck has won many best truck awards at shows and it's been good to me. The truck has alittle surface rust where all the new lift kit parts were installed because they're finishes are not as good as POR-15 and can be easily painted. It has a few road chips from normal wear and tear over the last few years. As far as I know theres nothing wrong with this truck and I'd keep it if I still had time for it. I was trying to sell it to buy a bike and i went ahead and just bought one so I ride that all the time now. I would like to sell this and pay off a huge chunk of my bikes payment. The starting price is the lowest I will take for the truck so please no low ballers, and the only trade i would consider is a first gen mint lightning(because then I would sell my daily driver and just drive the lightning). So please someone buy this awesome truck and give it a good home, it deserves it. This is probably the last time i will list this until spring if it doesn't sell so if you want it, nows the time, soory for what looks like "stuff" on frame rails, i washed the truck for a buyer that was supposed to come look at it and while i waited i took these pics Truck is sold as is, where is.
