I have owned and driven this car for just over one year (since late June, 09) and I recently started a new sales job which included a company car making this 2005 Ford Five Hundred SEL available for sale. Be sure to read the entire description and view all the different interior/exterior/under-the-hood photos I took of this vehicle as well as the terms, disclaimers, etc. This car has been owned by two different parties (myself & my former employer in Sterling Heights, MI) and was used by the same salesperson who logged a considerable amount of these miles as "highway miles". Lots of trunk space! 6-disc CD changer.....AC/Heat work great...lots of leg room in front and back seats.....and more! Runs well. Vehicle is located in the Metro Detroit area in Southeastern Michigan (48073; Royal Oak, MI). Feel free to contact me if you would like to inspect the vehicle in-person. This is a three-day only auction with a very fair (low) reserve!! Front-axle brakes (pads & rotors) were replaced on 8/31/2010 for $275.00 (Winning bidder to receive copy of invoice/receipt for this and any other maintenance [oil changes; tire repair;etc] work I have access to.) I have included two pictures of minor cosmetic imperfections which do not interfere with the car's ability to function: 1. Tiny chip and approx. 10-12 inch slight crack in windshield (circled in yellow in photo) on the passenger-side 2. Small dent on the driver-side rear quarter panel (circled in yellow in photo) about the size of an apple Seller to provide Buyer Title & Bill of Sale. I prefer to meet Buyer at local Secretary of State (if Michigan-based buyer) to finalize the transaction. Please review the Payment and "Delivery" (i.e. buyer pickup only) requirements before bidding. Terms & Conditions Payment Methods Cash (in person) or certified check are preferred. Personal checks are subject to successfully clearing before vehicle and title are transferred. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable credit card deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 3 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes Buyer is responsible for title transfer fee and any sales tax use fees (if applicable). Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Seller assumes no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving their premises. Buyer's Inspection Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. The seller has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. The seller welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection.
