The purchase of a Jaguar XKE 2+2 has prompted the sale of some of my cars. This is a 1969 MGC GT automatic. Car is a great driver. We just put over 400 miles on it a few weekends ago. Car runs and drives very well. Has series 65 Perellis with lots of tread. Chrome wires are in good condition too. Original color was primrose but painted black years ago. Paint is OK but could use a paint job some day. No rust that I know of except a small patch on the driver's floor near the heel area. That was done before I got the car. No exterior rust on body panels. All glass is good as well as chrome. Engine runs smooth and holds good pressure, shifts well, rides well. I always had the car PA inspected even though with antique plates it is not required. After market servos were installed and braking is good, engine compartment needs a cleaning and is in good shape. Interior is in excellent shape, both seats have no rips or tears including the headliner and rear seat. Carpets are in good shape as well. I installed an original Amco arm rest that is altered for the automatic makes the car more comfortable to drive. Dash has no cracks or scuffs and all electrics work, all gauges work and mileage is 39900 but I'm sure it well more than that. We put 1300 miles on it this year. Car runs cool as tested with lazorthermo. Panasonic stereo installed with wiring to the rear seats for speakers. Car has newer gas tank installed only a few years ago. Buyer has choice of the steering wheel as seen in the pictures or an original 68-69 in excellent condition, your choice.
