You don't find them like this too often. Just one prior owner of this exceptionally well kept southern (Florida) car. No rust, no accidents, original paint and interior. I purchased this car a short time ago (my ownership has not even shown up on the AutoCheck yet) from a Florida dealer who specializes in Volvos. They inspected/serviced the car before I bought it. Upon arrival, I took care of a few last items (new belts, new Alpine radio and speakers), detailed it, etc. The result of this is a car that truly needs nothing. Buy it and drive. You can not imagine just how clean this car is - especially under the hood. Take a good look at the photos of the engine bay, then take a look at the other 240s on ebay. 17 year old cars never look like this. It is just as clean underneath. If you need other photos, just let me know. The tires are nearly new. The 4 cylinder engine starts on the first turn and idles smoothly. The AC blows ice cold - it keeps up well with our crazy SC heat. All power options (windows, locks, mirrors, etc.) work as they should. It is ready to travel. I purchased a basic warranty with the car and it may be transferable. If this is of interest to you, please ask and I'll look into it. We bought this car to be a daily driver/commuter for my wife. Our situation has changed and I find myself with one car too many. As a result, the Volvo needs a new home. If you know these cars, you'll agree that this is about as nice as it gets for a 240 wagon. 1993 was the final year of the venerable wagon and at 115,000 miles it has just gotten started. There is no reason this car will not see twice that many miles or more with consistent care. I really hate to sell it. I'll never find another this nice. I feel I've priced this car fairly at $5,900.
