Up for sale is a Maryland chevy that was owned by a lady for a number of years and has not been on the road since 1993 !On Sep-22-10 at 20:02:37 PDT, seller added the following information: The gentleman I bought the chevelle from has had the car since 2004. He moved the car to southern pennsylvannnia where she was kept indoors while he restored her. He replaced some soft spots in the front floor area, replaced the fenders with correct SS NOS fenders, found a correct pair of bucket seats with headrests, and redid the headliner. Next he put in a fresh 350 cu.in -4 bolt main motor and paired that with a 350 turbo transmission. He also repaired the lower back rockers with correct patch panels. The chevelle had little rust and what rust was found was done away with. The frame and suspension areas were rust free ! So whoever gets her will not have rust to deal with. The SS rally gauges and the posi rear were cleaned up and left intact. He added headers and replaced the dual exhaust system Since I have had the chevelle I replaced the rubber around doors and windows and trunk. Then i had a clear coat base coat of "Hugger" orange paint applied and correct SS stripes. So again this is more than a nice old restored chevelle but has some "kick" when the throttle is pushed, sounds good too. Again I think the price I set is very fair and leaves room for a more serius heavy chevy person to take her and go from there !!
