For Sale, 1999 Isuzu Vehicross, 110k. Florida Car. The car is Mechanically sound and there are ZERO issues. Passenger window regulator has been replaced and both windows function perfectly, this is a common problem with the VehiCROSS that has been fixed. Upgraded engine, interior and stereo, Custom XM install and iPod adapted, mp3 and cd in dash. Subwoofer located out of cargo area over wheel well, Sony Xplod six speaker system. This Vehicle is in near mint condition. The Paint was hand cut and buffed to a showroom shine this year (I have included pics of the disassembled exterior to show the level of care and quality of work that went into this refinish), and the plastic cladding has been recoated with a new layer of non-fading black plastic (gator back treatment). For those of you familiar with this vehicle that means you don't have to coat it with "Back to Black" every weekend to keep it looking dark and shiny. The Grill is custom built and one of a kind, and unlike many of the Vehicrosses that you see out there, the grill is a full replacement, not aluminum inserts over the stock grill that are so common. I will also include a new replacement stock grill with vehicle sale. The interior has some very tasteful modifications, made to look stock, including Vinyl (faux-leather) wrapped dash, roof pillars and door panels. Dash and roof pillars are black, and the doors are black as well with red accents to match the Recarro seats. Instrument cluster panel was sanded and painted black with a clear coat finish, with aluminum inlays cut and bezeled into the dash and clear coated over for a factory looking finish (Stock version is all plastic panelling and dash board). The Instrument cluster itself has been modified to light up all in red, with red lights to match the stereo as well as the XM radio display, a huge improvement over the multicolored stock display that had all the colors of a Christmas tree. The Engine has slight mods, all of which were done before I bought it, so they have been driven and tested as reliable for several years. Mods include an exhaust with a Powervault Muffler (not loud but good exhaust note) K&N air filter and cold air intake system, and an air temp sensor chip. All told the engine likely makes about 260-270hp (I have not had it dynoed) and this translates to about a 6.5 sec 0-60, plenty of juice for merging onto the highways or anything else you might want. Four brand new Street Performance tires were put on this year with less than 2k/mi on them. The truck is really one of the nicest I have seen out there and mods were done to look classy and stock, not like some hi-rev tuner. It drives like a modern sports sedan on road, and like a street legal trophy truck off road, a fine balance of grunt and speed. Feel free to contact me with any questions or to set up a test drive.
