2004 Subaru Forester X 4 door, with first-hand owner, is up for sale. It is in great condition. It has 173115 highway miles. Everything works, including air conditioning. It is a very good all time 4X4 SUV, excellent for driving in the winter. I am the first-hand owner who purchased the vehicle in NJ and now reside in PA. The PA inspection was done in June this year. The timing belt, the pulley for the service belt, and the transmission oil are replaced around 10K miles. Motor oil and filter are replaced every 3000 to 4000 miles; the owner manual suggests 4500 miles. The air filter is replaced in April this year. Both front brake pads are replaced in June; there is no wear on the rotors at all. Both rear brakes are in good conditions. Anti-freeze is replaced last year. There is no unusual drive belt, engine, suspension or steering noises. The body just has normal and minor dings and scrapes due to normal usage and age.
