For sale is my 71 Datsun 510 2 door. It is set up for autocross/solo but is fully streetable. The suspension is lowered with stiffer springs and Koni shocks all the way around. The engine has very few hours ( basically autocross hours only) on a complete rebuild with high compression pistons, aftermarket cam, balanced rotating assembly and a lightened flywheel and of course dual weber side draft carburetors and a five speed transmission. The odometer shows 14881 but I am sure it has turned over. It has racing seats and the rear seat has been redone to match the front. The floor mats are original and are in good shape. The dash pad is cracked. It runs great and pulls hard. There is very little rust on the car. The drivers side rocker has a couple of small areas showing rust through and the drivers floor pan has had a patch panel welded in. The rest of the car is rust free. The pictures of the trunk show the original paint and primer. The paint was done probably 15 years ago and looks good. It is not a show car paint job but looks good from ten feet away. The front suspension has camber plates and delrin bushings on the strut rods. It has a positraction rearend in it. This is a fun car to drive and really handles. It consistently won first in its class autocrossing. You are welcome to look at the car anytime. It is located near Davenport Iowa.
