IT HAS BEEN HARD TO PULL ME OUT OF THE CAR. IF YOU HAVE A CORVETTE C4 OR C5 AND GET IN THIS AUTOMOBILE YOU WILL KNOW WHY. THE 400 HORSEPOWER ENGINE JUST PURRS ALONG DECEIVING YOU WITH ITS MANNERS BUT WATCHOUT... I WAS ON A 2 LANE 55 MPH ROAD WITH 8 CARS IN FRONT OF ME WHO HAD DECIDED THAT 45MPH WOULD BE A MORE PRACTICAL SPEED TO THEIR LIKING. I LOOKED AHEAD AND SAW THE ROAD CLEAR FOR OVER A MILE.... FLOORED THE ACCELERATOR AS I PULLED OUT... THE VETTE DOWNSHIFTED AND THE REAR END BROKE LOSE WITH BOTH REAR WHEELS NEGATING THE TRACTION CONTROL...AS I GENTLY HELD ON GIVING THE AUTOMATIC SUSPENSION AN OPPORTUNITY TO DO IT THING...IT SOUNDED LIKE THE HOUNDS OF HELL HAD BEEN UNLEASED FROM UNDER THE HOOD AS I BLEW BY THE EIGHT CARS AND CAREFULLY PULLED BACK IN MY LANE AND NOTICED THE HUD READING 110MPH. I THEN PROCEEDED HOME AND CHANGED MY PANTIES. THE VEHICLE IS UNBELIEABLE TO DRIVE WITH A TERRIFIC COMPLIANT RIDE AND MANNERS BUT BE WARNED, THE VEHICLE HAS 400 MAD PONIES JUST WAITING TO BE UNLEASHED.
WE HAVE TAKEN OVER 60 PICTURES FROM EVERY ANGLE THAT YOU MAY SEE THE CONDITION. I HAVE DRIVEN THE CAR FOR A WEEK AND IT IS AS CLOSE TO A NEW VEHICLE AS YOU CAN GET.
BY THE WAY THE VEHICLE IS A GENERAL MOTORS BUYBACK BECAUSE OF A CONTINUING PROBLEM WITH THE AUTOMATIC AIR CONDITIONING. AFTER THE CAR WAS RETURNED TO GM, THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS REWORKED BY GM AND SOLD TO THE SECOND OWNER WIT JUST UNDER 13,000 MILES. THERE HAS BEEN NO PROBLEM SINCE THAT TIME WHICH I CAN ATTEST TO AFTER DRIVING IN 95 DEGREE TRAFFIC JAMS. THE AIR WILL FREEZE YOU RIGHT OUT OF THE CAR AND ALL ITS FEATURES OPERATE CORRECTLY.
