I am selling this car for my neighbor who is 68 and unfamiliar with E-Bay. What we have here is a 1926 Buick model 26-28 STANDARD SIX COUPE. It is a 6 cylinder car with a 3 speed manual transmission. The motor is 207 cubic inches, and the car has a 114.5” wheelbase. Joey Cianci has a bunch of cars that are garage kept and collecting dust, and this is about the fifth in a series of potentially 12 cars that may be sold before he is done. He has spent his entire life in the business, and has done MUSEUM QUALITY restorations his entire life, with a wall of trophies and accolades that would astound you!! Joey has owned this car since 1981, and it has ALWAYS been garaged. This car is insanely SOLID and ORIGINAL, as the pictures show. It shows 41,024 miles on the odometer, which we believe is correct. After sitting in storage for almost 30 years in his garage, Joey has pulled it out and freshened up the mechanicals to the point where this car runs PERFECTLY, like a wristwatch!!!! It needs NOTHING mechanically, and is tight as a drum!!!! The paint is believed to date back to being freshened back in the 50’s in some areas, and the body is midnight blue with black fenders and running boards. The bottom line is that this car is not a number one, but an idiot could make this car a number one!! NO DINGS, NO DENTS, NO RUST EVER, NO KIDDING!!!!!!! This car is for sale locally, so we reserve the right to end the auction at any time. The car is located in York, SC about 45 minutes south of downtown Charlotte, NC. The car is available for LOCAL PICK UP ONLY, meaning you have to arrange shipment, even though we have loaded the last several cars he has sold onto trailers and enclosed vans. We have some incredible references for the last several cars we have sold, and can provide them on request. Nevertheless, we expect a down payment of $1,000.00 at the end of the auction, and the remainder within 7 days of the close of the auction.
