2004 Honda Interceptor

I am selling my 2004 Honda Interceptor. I purchased it brand new in August of 2005 as a leftover. It has 16,973 miles on it. It has never been abused (no wheelies, burnouts etc) and has never been laid down. I took very good care of it and there aren't even any scratches to take away from the appearance. It looks like it just came off the showroom. This is due in no small part to the fact that it has been garaged its whole life and has never even been left out in the sun. All the plastic and the seat look brand new. I cleaned it constantly and it really looks great. The "asphalt" black is a very unique and beautiful color. It is a flat finish but it has a metallic element to it that in person really glows. I never planned on needing to sell it so I cared for it like I'd keep it forever and it shows. I changed the oil every 3000 miles or a new riding season (whichever came first) with synthetic MOTUL oil. The air filter has been changed and has a long way to go before needing to be replaced. I lubed the chain after every washing and it shows almost no wear. There was a recall from Honda on the wiring harness which I had done at the dealer. The bike comes with a genuine Honda quick-detachable top trunk and rack. I also installed a Whistler "Cruisader" radar detector. The detector is on a mount I made myself and is easily removable with no damage to the bike. There are no modifications. This bike is all original. I have all paperwork to go along with the bike including of course the CLEAN TITLE. The VFR is an amazing machine that does it all with speed, comfort and style.
