Despite the economic downfall, 1st. Generation Camaro's remain to be a smart investment and seem to be holding their value rather well. One thing is for sure, GM will never make or produce any more of these Beautiful Muscle Car's and there is no better time than the present to get a great deal. ************************************************************* ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a Real Deal-1967 Chevrolet Camaro Rally Sport 2dr. Coupe with SS Options. It was built at the Norwood GM Assembly Plant in California. The body is Super Clean, Rock Solid, Very Straight and 99% Rust Free! It looks very sharp and it is in great condition inside and out. The body and the paint are very nice and the interior is absolutely beautiful. It has been well cared for thought the years and it shows. The pictures below are current and recently taken. You just cant find a super nice Camaro like this one is every day. It is very fun to drive and I am constantly receiving thumbs up & compliments from everyone that see's it. It is clean and detailed nicely inside & out. Drive it home, cruise it or shown it the same day that you take possession. It looks like it came out of a Time Capsule. It has a Very Dependable & Excellent Running SBC 350ci./350hp. V-8 engine with a MUNCIE-Rock Crusher M-22 4spd. Transmission, HURST Shifter, Factory Power Disc. Brakes, Rally Wheels, Headers w/Dual Exhaust, Aluminum Intake w/Holley 4bbl. Carb. Beautiful (Black) Deluxe Interior Package, Tach & Gauges, Full Functioning Hide Away RS Headlights, Front Spoiler, SS Hood & more. This Camaro was Assembled at the Los Angeles California GM Plant. The car was sold new in California and remained there for the first 39yrs. of it's life until Sept of 2006 when the previous owner of 20 yrs. was transferred to Washington State. He was reluctant to sell it after owning it for such a long time but he had personal matters that left him no other choice at the time. This is a Great Find and a True "Rust Free" West Coast Camaro. I purchased the car in Nov. of 2009 and have only driven it a few times since. I had no plans of ever selling it but I could really use the money a little more than the car at this time. I have owned several 1st Generation Camaros in the past. This is one that Camaro Lovers Dream of finding. I keep the car clean, covered and is parked in my climate controlled garage at all times. THE FIREWALL TRIM TAG READS AS FOLLOWS 11A C257 67-12637 LOS 4932 BODY 797-Z S-S PAINT E 2EC 3L ENGINE-TRANSMISSION-REAR END It has a SBC 350hp/350ci. V-8 GM Crate Engine with less than 8,000 miles. The engine compartment looks very nice and it is clean & tidy. This is a Factory 4spd. Camaro from the Factory. It has a MUNCIE M-22 4spd. Transmission w/HURST Shifter. It shifts nice and the clutch is good & strong. The engine run's very nice and makes impressive power. The cam shaft has a nice lope that turns heads and makes the ground rumble. It run's great and sounds awesome! It has a set of GM Cast Iron Cylinder Heads with 2:02 Valves, EDELBROCK Performer Aluminum Intake, Holley 4bbl. Dual Line Carburetor with a 2" Spacer Plate, New Chrome Air Cleaner, Chrome CHEVROLET Valve Covers, Complete MSD Ignition System which includes a MSD Distributor, MSD Blaster Coil, 6AL MSD Ignition Module with Rev Control. It has a True Dual Exhaust System with HOOKER Headers running into an H-Pipe Crossover and out through a Pair of FLOW MASTER Mufflers. It has Solid Motor Mounts and a New 4-Core Radiator. The engine runs great on Regular Unleaded but it run's the best on Premium Unleaded. It has the Original GM 10-Bolt Limited Slip Rear Differential with a set of RICHMOND 3:73 Gears, Mono Rear Leaf Springs and a pair of Traction Bars. The car sits good and has a very nice stance. It runs great and has an original look and appearance! INTERIOR-BODY-PAINT-UNDERCARRIAGE-PANELS-CHROME It has an Absolutely Beautiful-Black Deluxe Interior that is in Excellent to Near Mint Condition. This is and has always been a Non-Smoker Car! The Ash Trays have never been used and they look like new inside. The Interior is crisp & clean and there are no rips, tears, burns or signs of wear present. The dash pad is very nice & clean and there are no splits or cracks present. There is no signs of ever having any type of rust issues in the inside corners of the front or rear windows (Rare). The dash is super clean and all of the dash trim, components and the instrument cluster is clean, clear and in very nice condition. It has a Power Antenna and a Kenwood AM/FM Cassette Stereo that is mounted nicely into the dash. It has an Original Deluxe RS Steering Wheel & Center Cap. The front door panels and the rear interior panels are in excellent condition. The front and rear seats are in excellent condition showing no signs of wear. The carpet is nice & very clean. The headliner, rear sail panels, sun visors and the rear shelf panel are all in excellent condition. The interior is Very Nice & Looks Great! The body is about as solid and original as you could ever find. It is amazing how solid the body is. There are no signs of rust or rot ever being present! This Camaro is virtually Rust Free! All of the body panels are straight, clean, rust free and appear to be original to the car. The body is super clean! All of the body lines, seams and body panel gaps are crisp & clean and they all align up very nice & true. It has not been involved in any type of accident in the past. There are no signs of any bondo being present. The paint color is Cranberry. It shines nice and it looks great. Upon close inspection you can find a few chips & minor blemishes due to age and normal driving. The paint is right at 20 yrs. old and it still looks sharp & slick. There are no dents or dings present. The undercarriage is original, clean and in amazing condition! All of the floor pans are original and there is absolutely no rust or rot what so ever! There is no rust bubbling or blistering on any of the body panels. The doors, the hood and the trunk open and close like new. The weatherstripping is nice and in great condition. It has ASTRO VENTELATION and was originally equipped with Air Conditioning (The A/C is inoperative). It has the Factory Original Tinted Glass that is in excellent condition and the Original Guardian Tinted windshield that is in great condition with no chips or breaks. The RS Hideaway Headlights are full functioning and in excellent working condition! The front and rear bumpers are in very nice & clean condition and they appear to be original. All of the stainless trim is clean and in very nice condition. The rear tail light lenses are clean & clear and the light bezels are in excellent condition with no pitting or peeling. It has 2-Original Chrome Bow Tie Sport Mirrors. I honestly can not think of any thing bad to say or mention about the condition of this Camaro. The paint looks very nice but it does have a few imperfections. The fuel gauge works but is inaccurate and the speedometer is not working. The lights, blinkers, wipers and the horn are all in full functioning and proper working order. The inside of the trunk is very clean and rust free.
