This 1956 VW Beetle is in top notch shape and has had a few upgrades to make it more road worthy. The body has NO RUST and is a forest green and cream color.The suspension and brakes has received some great attention it has a 2” shortened beam, 2 ½ “ lowered spindles, sway bar and brand new AirKewld front brakes with Wilwood calipers. It now rides at a great height and has awesome road manners. If you know VW disk brakes kits then you know these are second to none. The rear has a camber compensator and CB disk brakes. The engine is the original 1200cc and runs like a dream it has a rebuilt 28 PIC, rebuilt fuel pump and rebuilt distributor all period/year correct. This beetle has white interior and has a completely new wiring harness. Every single wire has been replaced and headlights have been updated to H4. The bonnet does have one small crease in it from the prior owner trying to close it with the prop up. The body is really in excellent condition and shows very well This beetle really needs nothing other than someone that has more time to drive it and enjoy it. I purchased a motorcycle this summer and my hobbies have changed gears. I do love this car but I like to ride cycles more. I hope someone will be able to enjoy it more.
